Who we are
LEMISO Med is a company based in Ladysmith (KZN), that provides the occupational wellness services. Dr L.E Nkosi is a sole Director of the company who is qualified with a Diploma in Occupational Health. LEMISO Med is established to tackle the challenges faced in the workplace which may cause hindrance in the company`s growth and innovation.
Absentism due to social ills, chronic medical conditions and poor compliance to health and safety standards are the main concerns in the workplace. These concerns affect the growth, productivity, and stability of the company, and contributes to high number of minor and major injuries.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide effective and efficient occupational wellness services which will include well organized employee wellness programs such as alcohol abuse awareness and regular medical surveillance to prevent chronic medical conditions.
